Approach
Wing drew up a playbook and ran the sell side NDA process end to end. We centralised intake, applied consistent sell side positions across bidders, and maintained a clear execution and audit trail. The client had full, real-time visibility into the negotiation status via a dedicated access-controlled web interface.
Outcome
Process launches accelerated, bankers spent less time on document coordination, and NDA execution ceased to be a bottleneck on live transactions.
